Ingredients for
Mom's Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to Make
Mom's Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Cream together margarine, peanut butter and sugars.  Add eggs and beat for 3 minutes.  
  2. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.  Add to wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
  3. Roll into small balls and place on baking sheet.  Press down with a fork to make a hashtag design on top of the cookie.  Bake at 375℉ for 8 - 10 minutes.
